Never before has the owner of an item that was no longer needed or wanted had a genuine opportunity to exchange it for something that was needed or wanted.  There are many businesses that call themselves "Traders" who advertise items that are usually bought and sold, not "traded". 

Whether the item is a car, boat, gun, recreational vehicle or other item the situation is an all too familiar scenario.  The owner must attempt to sell the no longer wanted or needed item in order to purchase the newly needed and wanted item.  This act is often accompanied by an extraordinary number of problems:

          -  An unnecessary loss of revenue from a retailer
  
          - Disagreements over the value the item with a prospective buyer

          - Expensive advertising costs

          - The item often doesn't sell for an extended period of time

          - The item must be sold before the owner can purchase another

          - Paying sales tax (you o­nly pay the difference in the value of the
            traded items)  

The process is to find a person who needs or wants something that you no longer need or want.
